Job summary

First American, Bend, OR, is hiring an Escrow Assistant to join our in-office team five days a week. You’ll provide essential administrative and customer support throughout the escrow process, helping move transactions along and inform customers.

You’ll work closely with a senior Escrow Closer, gaining hands-on exposure to the escrow business and developing skills that can lead to long-term career growth within First American. A detail‑oriented, proactive attitude is key.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, handling the complete disbursement and follow-up
• Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow
• Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings
• Working with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions, assisting customers to ensure a phenomenal customer experience
