First American in Minden, NV is hiring an Escrow Assistant to provide critical administrative support to the Escrow team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Youll open orders, prepare closing documents, and manage disbursements in a fast-paced environment.

We seek a candidate with 2+ years escrow experience, strong communication, and detail-oriented organizational skills. This role offers a stable path and opportunities for growth within the Direct division.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of escrow-related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, handling the complete disbursement and follow-up
• Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow
• Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings
• Working with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions, assisting customers to ensure a phenomenal customer experience
