Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years escrow-related experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal teams and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the escrow process: open orders, input closing statement info, prepare closing documents, handle disbursement and follow-up.
• Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow.
• Interpret agreements as they relate to escrow closings.
• Work with various technologies to enable escrow transactions and ensure a top-notch customer experience.
