Job summary

Independence Title in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area, Arlington Office, a subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking an Escrow Assistant to support residential real estate transactions.

You will coordinate information with customers, handle frontend processing, help prepare preliminary Closing Disclosures, and read contracts to assemble closing files. This is an on-site, full-time position requiring at least 2 years of escrow experience and strong customer communication.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the collection of information and communicating with customers by phone, email, or in person as directed by the primary Escrow Officer.
• Handling frontend processing.
• Training to prepare preliminary Closing Disclosures.
• Reading contracts, commitments and orders, in preparation for closing, and assembling necessary documents.
