Independence Title in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area, Texas (McKinney Office) is seeking an Escrow Assistant to support closing real estate transactions. This role handles both front-end processing and post-closing tasks to ensure smooth closings.

The Escrow Assistant reads contracts, assembles documents, maintains files, and transmits documents to lenders while delivering excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of Escrow experience required.
• Experience with RamQuest system preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills are required.
• Ability to work proficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the collection of information to finalize a home sale.

• Reading contracts, commitments and orders, in preparation for the closing, and assembling the necessary documents to prepare the file.

Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Escrow Assistant is responsible for:

• Coordinating the collection of information to finalize a home sale.


• Handling both front end processing and post-closing/funding tasks as required by Independence Title and the Escrow Officer.
