Independence Title in the Dallas-Fort Worth area (North Dallas Office), a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking an Escrow Support/Front Desk.

In this role you will handle receptionist duties, assist with opening new customer files in the database, manage office supplies, and support the Escrow teams as needed. Joining our team means contributing to a professional image and delivering truly remarkable service to clients during real estate closings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of administrative experience required.
• Experience in real estate industry preferred (title/escrow/real estate/property management).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• All receptionist responsibilities (answering phones, greeting visitors, lobby setup, deliveries and mail).
• Assist with opening new customer/client files into the database system.
• Maintain office supplies and copy/work areas.
• Assist Escrow teams with needed tasks.
