The role trains in products, services, inventory, and financing, with compensation tied to appointments and sales. Evenings and weekends required, backed by strong benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year call center or sales-focused experience.
• Able to set priorities, multi-task, and achieve goals.
• Ability to perform in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work on a team.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly proficient in verbal phone skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls, internet inquiries, and chats.
• Provide guests with timely, relevant responses to address customer questions and needs.

• Provide payment options and quotes.
• Generate sales and acquisition appointments.
• Manage organizers to stay up to date with follow up of all active guests.
• Adhere to specific outreach cadence required for new inquiries.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of KPIs.
