Job summary

Verder Scientific Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer (m/f/d) for the ERWEKA product line, based in Newtown, PA.

You will support pharmaceutical laboratories across the United States by keeping ERWEKA dissolution testers, disintegration testers and tablet hardness testers running to ensure regulatory standards are met. You will perform in-house and on-site repair, preventive maintenance, and instrument qualification.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical school certificate in a technical field.
• Minimum 3 years' maintenance/service technician experience in lab or factory setting.
• Experience with dissolution, disintegration or physical testing of solids is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service and calibration of ERWEKA instruments, including IQ/OQ/PQ.
• GMP/cGMP compliance and documentation.
• Provide on-site and remote customer support for ERWEKA range.
• Deliver on-site training on operation, maintenance, and compliance.
• Submit accurate service and expense reports on time.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts and relay leads to sales.
