Job summary

Builders FirstSource, based in Irving, TX, is seeking an ERP Training Specialist to drive the modernization of our learning initiatives. You will design, update, and align training content with new ERP platforms to optimize user adoption and performance across locations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Trainers and Instructional Designers, needs analysis, and measurable outcomes to improve program effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2+ years relevant work experience.
Understanding of ERPs and how they interact with business processes.
Experience in training material development and instructional design.

Responsibilities

Update training content and support mapping out training plans and reporting.
Research potential materials to meet team needs.
Collaborate with trainers and instructional designers to create training deliverables and content.
Document job aids, training reviews, updates, and assessments.
Perform needs analysis for training and documentation development or purchasing.
Gather and act on feedback from clients to improve user learning experience.
