Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• 4+ years relevant work experience.
• Understanding of ERP’s and integrations with business processes.

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers complex training materials on a wide range of solutions/ technologies.
• Develops and documents training resources and materials for templates and best practices.
• Plans and facilitates development of training solutions to drive business outcomes.
• Monitors and documents user outcomes, needs assessment and learning objectives.
• Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to examine software training materials and identify gaps.
