Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• 4+ years relevant work experience.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Understanding of ERPs and integrations with business processes.

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers complex technical training materials across solutions and technologies.
• Uses approved materials and creates custom templates for the team.
• Plans and facilitates training solutions to drive business outcomes.
• Monitors learning outcomes, needs assessments, and objectives.
• Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to review software training resources.
• Analyzes program effectiveness and reports results.
• Contributes to program documentation and mentors junior staff.
• Acts as a technical resource.
