Job summary

UAH College of Business through the Office of Information Technology is seeking a Training Lead to design and execute the ERP training strategy for the new system. You will collaborate with SMEs, process owners, and Change Management to ensure adoption and readiness.

You will oversee live instruction, on-demand resources, and Oracle Guided Learning usage, aligned to project milestones and adoption goals. The role demands strong instructional design, LMS experience, and clear learning materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years delivering training in an ERP environment.
• Experience with LMS and e-learning authoring tools.
• Strong instructional design and facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate complex ERP processes into learning materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards for training materials.
• Ability to collaborate across functional areas with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, and e-learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage ERP training strategy aligned to milestones and adoption goals.
• Conduct training needs analysis to determine content scope and timing.
• Establish and report training success metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Prioritize Oracle Guided Learning content with ERP workflows and business processes.
• Review training materials for accuracy, clarity, and accessibility.
• Coordinate instructor-led training (in-person and virtual) for campus audiences.
• Oversee asynchronous learning resources (webinars, self-paced courses).
• Manage training logistics, scheduling, facilities, technology and enrollment.
• Provide train-the-trainer sessions for SMEs and campus staff.
