Job summary

TransTech Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems & ERP Transformation to own the ERP roadmap and lead multi-wave transformation. You’ll coordinate stakeholders, implement partners, and ensure scalable ERP capabilities across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.

The role blends strategic roadmap planning with hands-on ERP configuration, data migration, and governance to support acquisitions and growth while driving efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, CS, or business.
• 7–12+ years ERP experience with leadership exposure.
• Deep experience with IFS ERP and multi-site implementations.
• Hands-on ERP configuration, troubleshooting, and data management.
• Experience applying AI to project management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own ERP roadmap, governance, and upgrade prioritization.
• Translate business needs into ERP capabilities and standards.
• Lead ERP blueprinting, data migration, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Hands-on configuration, integrations, and issue resolution.
• Drive change management, training, and adoption across sites.
