Concentrix is seeking an IT Program Manager – ERP Transformation to lead enterprise-wide ERP modernization initiatives from planning through go-live. You will partner with business leaders, vendors, and system integrators to deliver large-scale ERP programs using Agile practices and strong governance.

The role requires 10+ years of IT program delivery, ERP implementation experience, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years IT program and delivery management experience.
Proven ERP implementation or modernization leadership.
Strong Agile delivery and program management experience.
Experience with backlog management, dashboards, and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise technology programs, including ERP transformations and system integrations.
Develop and manage integrated program plans, budgets, roadmaps, and forecasts.
Drive Agile execution across multiple teams and governance structures.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
Provide executive status reporting and financial insights to stakeholders.
Oversee requirements, testing, release planning, and go-live readiness.
