Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an IT Program Manager to lead ERP transformation initiatives in a hybrid Portland, OR setting. The role drives ERP implementations, data migrations, and business process modernization while coordinating with executives, vendors, and internal teams.

You will manage schedules, budgets, risks, and quality, deliver go-lives and post‑go-live stabilization, and report program health to leadership with clear governance. Strong Azure DevOps; ERP platform experience preferred.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT program and delivery management experience.
Proven experience leading ERP implementations or enterprise transformations.
Strong Agile delivery and program management experience.
Experience with backlog management, sprint planning, dashboards, and reporting.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex ERP programs, including ERP implementations and transformations.
Develop, manage, and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and roadmaps.
Drive Agile execution across multiple teams, workstreams, and stakeholder groups with transparency.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, vendors, and partners.
Oversee requirements gathering, testing, release planning, go-live, and stabilization.
Provide executive status reporting, governance materials, and escalation recommendations.
