Job summary

Concentrix in Las Vegas, NV seeks an IT Program Manager – ERP Transformation to lead enterprise ERP initiatives, system integrations, and digital modernization in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable transformation outcomes from planning through go-live and stabilization.

A proven track record in Agile delivery, governance, and complex program management is required, with experience across ERP platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of IT program and delivery management experience on large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Proven experience leading ERP implementation, modernization, or enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong Agile delivery and Agile program management experience.
• Experience using Agile delivery management tools for backlog management, dashboards, reporting, and tracking.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent enterprise initiatives, workstreams, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in program and portfolio governance, execution oversight, and executive reporting.
• Experience managing program budgets, forecasts, resource plans, vendor relationships, and third-party delivery partners.
• Excellent communication with executive leaders, business stakeholders, and delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise technology programs, including ERP implementations, ERP transformation, system integrations, and digital modernization.
• Develop, manage, and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and roadmaps.
• Drive Agile execution across multiple teams, workstreams, and stakeholder groups to ensure alignment and progress.
• Use Agile delivery management tools to manage backlogs, sprint planning, dashboards, and governance.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage program scope, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, assumptions, and change requests.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, vendors, system integrators, and partners.
• Oversee requirements gathering, solution delivery, testing, release planning, go-live, and stabilization.
• Lead ERP transformation activities including data migration, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.
• Provide executive status reporting, governance materials, and financial insights.
