Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an IT Program Manager – ERP Transformation to lead enterprise technology initiatives from planning through stabilization. You will drive ERP implementations, data migration, system integrations, and business process modernization while coordinating with executives, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep Agile expertise, strong delivery governance, and a proven track record of managing large-scale enterprise transformations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years IT program and delivery management experience including large-scale enterprise initiatives.
Proven experience leading ERP implementation, modernization, or enterprise transformation programs.
Strong Agile delivery and program management experience.
Experience using Agile delivery management tools for backlog management, sprint planning, dashboards, reporting, and delivery tracking.
Experience leading multiple concurrent enterprise initiatives, workstreams, and cross-functional teams.
Background in program and portfolio management, delivery governance, execution oversight, and executive reporting.
Experience managing program budgets, forecasts, resource plans, vendor relationships, and third-party delivery partners.
Strong risk, issue, dependency, change request, and stakeholder management experience.
Experience overseeing requirements, solution delivery, system integration testing, UAT, release planning, deployment, and stabilization activities.
Coordinating ERP transformation activities across processes, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment.
Ability to communicate effectively with executive leaders, stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and delivery partners.
Excellent leadership, facilitation, negotiation, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise technology programs including ERP implementations and digital transformation.
Develop and maintain integrated program plans, budgets, forecasts, and roadmaps.
Drive Agile execution across multiple teams and stakeholders for measurable progress.
Utilize Agile delivery management tools for backlogs, sprints, and dashboards.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives.
Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, changes with a proactive approach.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, and vendors.
Oversee SIT, UAT, deployment planning, go-live readiness, stabilization.
Lead ERP transformation activities including data migration and cutover planning.
Provide executive status reports, governance materials, and escalation recommendations.
Manage program financials including budgets, forecasts, and vendor spend.
Align program outcomes with business objectives and enterprise strategy.
Ensure adherence to delivery standards and governance.
Drive continuous improvement across processes and reporting.
