Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an IT Program Manager to lead enterprise ERP transformation initiatives in a hybrid Portland, OR setting. You will drive end-to-end delivery, align business and technology strategies, and oversee data migration, integrations, and go-live activities.

The role requires extensive experience in ERP programs, strong Agile leadership, and the ability to report to executives with governance-ready updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT program and delivery management experience.
• Proven ERP implementation, modernization, or enterprise transformation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP programs and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and roadmaps.
• Drive Agile execution across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including vendors, system integrators, and consulting partners.
• Provide executive-level status reporting, governance materials, and financial insights.
