Job summary
Concentrix in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an IT Program Manager – ERP Transformation to lead complex enterprise technology initiatives, ERP implementations, and system integrations. You will guide planning through go-live and stabilization, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of IT program and delivery management experience.
- Proven experience leading ERP implementation, ERP modernization, or enterprise transformation programs.
- Strong Agile delivery and Agile program management experience.
- Experience using Agile delivery management tools for backlog, dashboards, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, dashboards, reporting, and delivery tracking.
- Experience coordinating ERP transformation activities across business processes, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise technology programs, including ERP implementations and transformations.
- Develop, manage, and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and roadmaps.
- Drive Agile execution across multiple teams, workstreams, and stakeholder groups.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, vendors, and partners.
- Provide executive-level status reporting and governance materials.
