Job summary
Concentrix is seeking an IT Program Manager for ERP Transformation in Omaha, NE. You will lead enterprise-wide technology initiatives, including ERP implementations, modernization, and system integrations, collaborating with executives, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable transformation outcomes.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT program and delivery management experience.
- Proven ERP implementation, modernization, or enterprise transformation experience.
- Strong Agile delivery and program management experience.
- Experience with backlog management, dashboards, reporting, and delivery tracking.
- Experience leading multiple concurrent enterprise initiatives and cross-functional teams.
- Effective communication with executives, business stakeholders, and delivery partners.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships.
- PMP/PMI-ACP/SAFe or Scrum Master certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex ERP programs.
- Develop and manage integrated program plans, budgets, and roadmaps.
- Drive Agile execution across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.
- Provide executive-level status reports and governance materials.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, and vendors.
