Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex ERP implementations and strategic initiatives for government contractors and commercial clients. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, vendors, and client stakeholders while ensuring compliance with contracts, budgets, schedules, and quality standards.

You will apply project management and ERP expertise, manage risks and governance, and support business development and client relationships within Industry Specialty Services.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of project management experience.
• Three or more years managing ERP implementations (requirements, configuration, data conversion, testing, deployment).
• Three or more years supporting government contracts and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with budgets, schedules, and vendor management.
• PMP certification required; Agile cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex ERP implementations and strategic projects from initiation to closeout.
• Develop project charters, integrated plans, WBS, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate activities across client stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Apply government contracting requirements to planning, reporting, and change management.
• Establish governance, escalation paths, and reporting standards.
• Lead requirements workshops, design reviews, and project retrospectives.
