BDO USA, Llp is seeking a Project Manager to lead technology implementations, ERP workstreams, and business process transformations for government and commercial clients in a complex project environment.

The role emphasizes coordinating cross-functional teams, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables, and ensuring compliance with government contracting requirements while supporting proposal activities and client communications.

Qualificações

• Five (5) or more years of project management experience.
• Three (3) or more years managing technology implementations, business process transformations, systems projects, or organizational change initiatives.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, scope changes, vendors, or subcontractors.
• Experience coordinating projects with multiple workstreams, dependencies, stakeholders, and project deliverables.
• Experience supporting ERP implementation activities and government contracts is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manages technology implementations, ERP workstreams, business process transformations, post-transaction integration activities, and strategic projects from planning through closeout.
• Develops project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, communication plans, and work breakdown structures.
• Coordinates project activities across client stakeholders, government agencies, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, technical teams, and business process owners.
• Incorporates government contracting requirements into project planning, reporting, documentation, compliance, and change management activities.
• Defines project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and performance measures.
