Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex ERP implementations and strategic initiatives for government and commercial clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, vendors, and client stakeholders while ensuring contractual alignment, budgets, schedules, and quality standards.

The role requires PMP and 8+ years of experience in project management, with emphasis on ERP projects and government contracts.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of project management experience.
• Five or more years managing complex, cross-functional projects involving technology, business process transformation, systems implementation, or organizational change.
• Three or more years managing ERP implementation projects (requirements, configuration, integrations, data conversion, testing, training, deployment).
• Three or more years supporting government contracts, agencies, public-sector clients, contract deliverables, compliance, or oversight.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, resources, risks, issues, scope changes, vendors, and subcontractors.
• PMP certification is required; Agile certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages complex ERP implementations and strategic projects from initiation through closeout.
• Develops project charters, integrated plans, schedules, budgets, and communication plans.
• Coordinates activities across client stakeholders, government agencies, contractors, vendors, and teams.
• Applies government contracting requirements to planning, execution, reporting, and change management.
• Establishes governance structures, escalation paths, and reporting standards.
• Prepares executive briefings, client presentations, and contract deliverable packages.
• Supports proposal development, pricing, and project mobilization efforts.
