Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to guide technology implementations, ERP workstreams, and business process transformations for government and commercial clients.

You will coordinate activities across client stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and internal teams, monitoring scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and quality to achieve client objectives. PMP, CAPM, or CSM certifications are preferred, with strong governance and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years managing technology implementations or ERP projects.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, risks, issues, scope changes, vendors, or subcontractors.
• Experience coordinating projects with multiple workstreams, dependencies, stakeholders, and deliverables.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage technology implementations, ERP workstreams, business process transformations, post-transaction integration activities, and strategic projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, communication plans, and work breakdown structures.
• Coordinate project activities across client stakeholders, government agencies, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, technical teams, and business process owners.
• Incorporate government contracting requirements into project planning, reporting, documentation, compliance, and change management activities.
• Establish project meeting schedules, reporting routines, escalation procedures, and decision-tracking processes.
• Maintains risk registers, issue logs, action plans, decision logs, change logs, and lessons-learned records.
