BDO USA, LLP seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex ERP implementations and strategic initiatives for government contractor and commercial clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure contractual alignment, manage budgets and schedules, and drive governance across programs.

The role emphasizes risk management, issue resolution, and measurable outcomes, with opportunities in business development, proposals, and client relationships within Industry Specialty Services.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS, CS, Engineering, Public Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
• Eight+ years of project management experience.
• Three+ years managing ERP implementation projects.
• Experience with government contracts and client reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Manages complex ERP implementations and strategic projects from initiation to closeout.
• Develops project charters, integrated plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinates activities across client stakeholders, contractors, and vendors.
• Applies government contracting requirements to planning, execution, and reporting.
• Establishes governance structures, escalation paths, and reporting standards.
• Manages risk registers, issue logs, and change logs.
• Monitors budgets, labor, subcontractors, and financial performance.
• Leads requirements workshops, design reviews, and status meetings.
• Supports proposal development and project mobilization.
• Builds relationships with government clients and executives.
