Job summary

BDO USA, P.A. is seeking a Project Manager to lead technology implementations, ERP workstreams, and transformation initiatives for government and commercial clients.

You will coordinate across client stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams while monitoring scope, schedules, budgets, risks, deliverables, and quality. The role supports proposal activities, client communications, project reporting, and standardized PM practices within Industry Specialty Services.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of project management experience.
• Three or more years managing technology implementations, business processes, or org change initiatives.
• Experience with schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and scope changes.
• Experience coordinating projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of government contracting principles and ERP lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Manages technology implementations, ERP workstreams, and strategic projects from planning through closeout.
• Develops project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and communication plans.
• Coordinates activities across client stakeholders, government agencies, contractors, and vendors.
• Implements government contracting requirements into planning, reporting, and change management.
• Maintains risk registers, issue logs, and change logs; tracks budgets and forecasts.
• Prepares client status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings; supports proposal activities.
• Ensures compliance with project governance and delivers high-quality results.
