Job summary

BDO USA, LLP seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead technology implementations, ERP workstreams, and business process transformations for government and commercial clients. You will coordinate across clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards are met, while applying government contracting knowledge to governance and reporting.

The role supports proposal activities, client communications, and project governance within Industry

Qualifications

• Five or more years of project management experience.
• Three or more years managing technology implementations, business process transformations, systems projects, or organizational change initiatives.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, scope changes, vendors, or subcontractors.
• Experience coordinating projects with multiple workstreams, dependencies, stakeholders, and project deliverables.
• Two or more years supporting ERP implementation activities (preferred).
• Experience with government contracts, government agencies, or public-sector clients (preferred).
• Experience with proposal development, contract transition, or project mobilization (preferred).
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or government contracting organizations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manages technology implementations, ERP workstreams, and strategic projects from planning through closeout.
• Develops project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and communication plans.
• Coordinates activities across stakeholders, agencies, contractors, vendors, and teams.
• Incorporates government contracting requirements into planning, reporting, and change management.
• Establishes meeting schedules, reporting routines, and decision-tracking processes.
• Maintains risk logs, issue logs, and lessons learned.
