BDO USA, LLP is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead technology implementations, ERP workstreams, and business process transformations for government and commercial clients. You will coordinate across stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams, ensure governance, and drive project reporting and change management.

The role involves proposal support, client communications, and delivery governance within Industry Specialty Services.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of project management experience
• 3+ years in technology implementations or ERP projects
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, risks, issues, scope changes, vendors or subcontractors
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders
• 2+ years supporting ERP implementation activities (preferred)
• Experience with government contracts or public-sector clients (preferred)
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or government contracting (preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Manage technology implementations, ERP workstreams, and strategic projects from planning through closeout
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate activities across client stakeholders, agencies, contractors, and teams
• Incorporate government contracting requirements into planning, reporting, and compliance
• Establish meeting schedules, reporting routines, escalation procedures, and decisions tracking
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and KPIs
• Maintain risk and issue logs, change logs, and lessons learned
• Monitor budgets, labor utilization, and subcontractor costs
• Prepare client status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings
• Support proposal development, solution design, and project mobilization
