Job summary

Focus Cloud Group is seeking a Senior ERP Consultant to lead ERP project delivery across multiple client engagements. You will own workstreams, manage discovery sessions, and collaborate with senior client stakeholders from discovery through go-live.

This role focuses on ownership of ERP delivery rather than hands-on configuration, with exposure to diverse ERP platforms and transformation programs. Hybrid working options are available across selected US locations.

Qualifications

3+ years of relevant ERP, project management, technology consulting or transformation experience.
Strong ERP implementation or project delivery experience.
Experience independently owning projects or major workstreams.
Strong client and senior stakeholder management skills.
Experience across multiple stages of the ERP implementation lifecycle.
Strong communication, problem-solving and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

Lead ERP and technology transformation workstreams.
Own project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies and delivery.
Work directly with senior client stakeholders.
Lead discovery sessions, workshops and requirements gathering.
Support ERP evaluations, selections and implementations.
Coordinate testing, UAT, deployment and go-live planning.
Assess business processes and recommend improvements.
Produce and present project updates and recommendations to leadership.
Support wider transformation work including process improvement, change management, data, analytics and automation.
Coach junior team members and contribute to the development of the advisory practice.
