Job summary

Focus Cloud Group is seeking a Senior ERP Consultant to lead ERP project delivery across multiple client engagements. You will own workstreams, manage discovery sessions, and collaborate with senior client stakeholders from discovery through go-live.

This role focuses on ownership of ERP delivery rather than hands-on configuration, with exposure to diverse ERP platforms and transformation programs. Hybrid working options are available across selected US locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant ERP, project management, technology consulting or transformation experience.
• Strong ERP implementation or project delivery experience.
• Experience independently owning projects or major workstreams.
• Strong client and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Experience across multiple stages of the ERP implementation lifecycle.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

We are hiring a Senior Consultant to join a growing Technology & Transformation advisory practice, with ERP project delivery at the heart of the role.

This could suit an ERP Project Manager, Implementation Consultant, Senior ERP Consultant or a delivery-focused ERP professional who wants broader exposure across different clients, systems and transformation programmes.

This is not a hands-on configuration role. The focus is on owning ERP project delivery, leading workstreams and working directly with client stakeholders from discovery through implementation.

ERP background

The role is not tied to one ERP platform.

Experience across systems such as Workday, NetSuite, Sage or other enterprise ERP platforms can all be relevant.

What matters is being able to demonstrate genuine ownership of ERP delivery, including areas such as:

• Project and workstream leadership
• Risk and issue management
• Requirements
• Testing and UAT
• Deployment and go-live

Consulting experience is beneficial but not essential. Strong internal ERP Project Managers can also be considered if they are comfortable moving into a client-facing advisory environment.
