Job summary

MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group is seeking an experienced Oracle/SAP Transformation Lead for global delivery. You will lead ERP financial initiatives focused on Oracle EBS and SAP across North America, LATAM, and EMEA, aligning stakeholders and delivering end-to-end implementations.

You will drive planning, governance, and risk management in a hybrid, multinational environment, coordinating onshore and offshore teams while communicating with C-level executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–10+ years of Project Management experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience managing Finance Systems or ERP Financial Systems projects.
• Demonstrated experience with Oracle EBS and/or SAP ERP.
• Hands-on experience with Planview.
• Proven ownership of multiple end-to-end project lifecycle implementations.
• Experience across at least 5 full project lifecycles is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Global delivery experience across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.
• Strong executive communication.
• Experience managing schedules, resources, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies.
• Ability to work independently and ramp up quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex ERP financial systems projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and governance artifacts.
• Manage scope, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and change controls.
• Maintain RAID logs and drive issue resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams across business and technology functions.
• Manage onshore and offshore resources across regions.
• Lead planning and execution across Development, SIT, UAT, and Production deployment.
• Support UAT planning, execution, defect management, and test tracking.
• Prepare project status updates and executive reports.
