Job summary

Dew Softech, Inc. in Trenton, NJ is seeking a Senior ERP Project Manager for a hybrid contract role to lead the statewide transition from legacy accounting to Oracle Fusion.

You will report to the Director of Budget & Accounting and drive process readiness, change management, and post-go-live stabilization. The role focuses on auditing and documenting internal processes, interfaces, reporting, data mapping, preparing staff and systems for the cutover, and ensuring a smooth stabilization through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in complex business transformations and ERP implementations.
• Must master current and future-state process mapping and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead project governance, control, and stakeholder communication for the ERP transition.
• Audit, document, and map fiscal workflows and interfaces for Oracle Fusion.
• Coordinate testing, cutover planning, and hypercare support with state agencies.
• Prepare training materials and change management communications for statewide users.
• Ensure post-go-live stabilization through the first fiscal year end.
