Job summary

Dallas County seeks a senior leader to establish an ERP governance framework, oversee cross‑functional ERP program design, and coordinate cloud and data initiatives across the enterprise. The role collaborates with HR, Audit, IT and business stakeholders to ensure compliance, data integrity, and scalable ERP solutions.

You will guide strategic planning, manage external consultants, and lead change management while supervising ERP teams and ensuring federal, state, and local regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration or related field.
• Seven (7) years of business or IT experience with responsibility for technology program management, systems design, and implementation.
• ITIL and/or Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Experience in strategic business transformation initiatives and/or major development programs, strategic planning.
• Proven experience with ERP, financial systems, data analytics tools, and third-party service providers.
• OCI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic design, implementation, integration and administration of ERP systems with governance and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain a technology roadmap for ERP with input from HR, auditors, IT and business leaders.
• Support enablement and cross-training of Oracle Cloud services and related processes.
• Create dashboards in collaboration with Data Analytics for workforce reporting and ERP analytics.
• Lead process and policy development for data management, internal controls, and ERP upgrades.
