Guilford County seeks an ERP Implementation Manager to lead a multi-year transformation across HCM, Finance, and Budget domains. This role coordinates Journey Partner, System Integrators, and staff augmentation PMs, aligns with county priorities, budgets, and go-live deadlines.

The position requires strong stakeholder management, governance, and change management skills, with hybrid onsite work and close liaison to the ERP Executive Steering Committee.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ERP systems and implementation methodologies across Finance, HR, Payroll, Budget domains.
• Experience with external consultants, system integrators, and software vendors.
• Budget tracking and financial oversight experience for large-scale projects.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders for ERP implementation activities.
• Maintain governance with Executive Steering Committee and report milestones.
• Track budgets, contracts, and go-live readiness activities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement and policy requirements throughout the project.
