Job summary

Dallas County is seeking an experienced ERP/IT Project Manager to coordinate and oversee ERP and integrated projects. The role involves planning, tracking milestones, managing resources, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in ERP/IT project management, with PMP or equivalent methodologies knowledge (PMI/Prince II/Agile).

Qualifications

• Education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Five (5) years of ERP/IT project management experience managing small-to-midsize projects.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of PMI/Prince II or Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze proposals to determine time frame, funding, and process. Plan, schedule and track projects; estimate costs and scope.
• Manage ERP projects with established methodologies; track milestones and resources.
• Identify, prioritize and mitigate project risks; monitor progress and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee external resources and contractors; review work plans and ensure alignment with business goals.
