Job summary

Enerflex Ltd. is seeking a Director of Transformation and IT Governance to shape how we operate, modernize, and grow. You will lead enterprise initiatives across ERP modernization, process excellence, and governance, partnering with senior leaders to deliver measurable business value.

You will own budgeting, investment planning, and IT cost visibility while driving organizational readiness and change management to ensure programs realize benefits and align with corporate strategy.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience across enterprise transformation, business operations, consulting, program management, or technology.
• Proven success delivering large-scale business and technology transformation.
• Experience with ERP and enterprise process transformation.
• Strong portfolio, financial, governance, and program-management capabilities.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Ability to influence and align senior leaders across functions and geographies.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• MBA or advanced degree; SOX and governance knowledge; Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or Prosci certification are assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of the enterprise transformation roadmap, translating strategic priorities into actionable programs and measurable outcomes.
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that improve performance, scalability, and operational effectiveness.
• Partner with senior leaders in ES and EI business to align transformation priorities with business strategy.
• Partner with Global Process Owners to standardize and optimize end-to-end business processes.
• Drive simplification, automation, digitization, and continuous improvement.
• Govern strategic business and technology investments.
• Lead IT budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning.
• Strengthen SOX compliance and IT controls.
• Establish clear measures of transformation success and benefits realization.
• Lead organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption.
• Leverage AI, architecture, and technology teams to create business value.
