Job summary

Attain Partners seeks a strategic ERP advisor to lead engagements across enterprise transformation, technology strategy, and organizational readiness. Experience with cloud ERP (Workday or Oracle) in public sector is valued; focus is on shaping vision, not just implementation.

The role collaborates with executives to align technology investments with mission outcomes, including data validation, change management, and stakeholder alignment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in management or consulting with ERP-related projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to synthesize complex information.
• Knowledge of Workday or Oracle and projects in Finance/HCM/Student.
• Experience with mission-driven organizations (higher ed, nonprofit, public sector) preferred.
• Ability to lead client engagements independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Engagements: deliver high-impact strategy projects across transformation and IT modernization.
• Guide ERP Readiness and Advisory: conduct assessments, develop roadmaps, advise on ERP decisions.
• Shape Client Strategy: collaborate with executives to align technology investments with mission outcomes.
• Facilitate Stakeholder Alignment: run workshops, interviews, and briefings to surface priorities.
• Drive Implementation Execution: manage teams across design, data, testing, change management, cutover.
• Advise with Leading Practice: provide experience, product expertise, and practical solutions.
• Collaborate Across Practices: work with ERP, Salesforce, data services, change management, and strategy teams.
• Contribute to Practice Growth: support thought leadership, proposals, and internal capability building.
