Vaco by Highspring seeks a Training & Change Specialist to support a major ERP implementation in a manufacturing/services setting. You will design and deliver ERP training, craft change communications, and help users adopt the new system.

The role is hands-on and collaborative, bridging ERP functionality with business processes, training, and end-user adoption through go-live and hypercare.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand workflows, requirements, system functionality, and training needs.
• Support communications, organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, and overall user adoption.
• Assist with functional analysis, process documentation, testing, implementation activities, and go-live readiness.
• Provide post-go-live hypercare, helping users troubleshoot issues and supporting the resolution of incoming tickets.
• Bring strong customer service, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to a highly visible enterprise transformation.

$47-$53/Hour / 12-Month Contract-to-Hire

We're seeking a Training & Change Specialist to support a major enterprise ERP implementation within a manufacturing and services environment. This individual will develop and deliver ERP training, support communications and change management, L&D, document business processes, and help users successfully transition to the new system.

This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role for someone who can bridge ERP functionality, business processes, training, and end-user adoption while supporting the organization through implementation, go-live, and post-go-live hypercare.

Must Haves

• ERP Training & Facilitation - Experience developing training plans, materials, user guides, and facilitating end-user training, primarily in virtual environments.
• ERP Implementation Experience - Experience supporting an enterprise ERP implementation, transformation, upgrade, or rollout.
• Manufacturing / Services Environment - Experience within manufacturing, field service, repair/service, industrial, heavy equipment, or another operationally complex environment.
• Communication & Change Management - Strong communication and customer service skills with experience supporting change initiatives and user adoption.

Nice to Haves

• Comparable ERP Platforms - Experience with large-scale manufacturing, service, supply chain, or asset-intensive ERP environments such as SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, Epicor, or similar.
• Functional / Business Analysis - Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, mapping workflows, supporting testing, or working between business users and technical teams.
• Data & Reporting - Basic understanding of databases, SQL, reporting tools, dashboards, or enterprise data.
• AI Tools - Practical experience leveraging AI tools to improve training, documentation, analysis, or day-to-day business processes.
