Insight Global is hiring two ERP Trainers to join a leading non-profit Healthcare Provider. You will develop ERP training materials and lead end-user training in formats including e-learning, in-person, and virtual for a new ERP implementation within Supply Chain (Workday).

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years as a corporate trainer.
• Experience working within Supply Chain.
• 2+ years with an ERP application (training or end-user).
• Willing to travel for in-person trainings.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.

Insight Global is looking for ERP Trainers to work remotely for a client.

ERP Trainer

Location: Remote

Duration: 9-10 month contract

Pay Range: $50/hr-$60/hr

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, curriculum and instruction, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as corporate Trainer
• Experience working within Supply Chain
• 2+ years of experience working with an ERP Application, either delivering training for or as an end user (Workday, Oracle, SAP, or another related ERP system).
• Open to the possibility of future travel to deliver in-person trainings.
• Expertise with Microsoft Excel, and Google workspace or Microsoft suite required.
• Must sit in either MST, PST, or CST time zones
• Self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative and driving work forward with minimal direction
• Highly collaborative and able to build strong working relationships across teams
• Clear, organized, and consistent in the delivery of work and commitments

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience training end-users in Supply Chain
• Experience working in health care Supply Chain environment
• Master's degree or any degree related to health care

Insight Global is looking to hire two ERP Trainers to join a leading non-profit Healthcare Provider. In this role, you will support the development of ERP-related training materials and lead end-user training in a variety of formats including e-learning/in-person/virtual for a new ERP Implementation within Supply Chain (Workday). The individual will collaborate with subject matter experts and adapt the training approach as changes to the supply chain business model occur.
