Job summary

Big Geyser Inc. is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to own and optimize ERP processes (VIP) across finance, warehouse, and sales.

You will troubleshoot order-entry, invoicing, pricing, and inventory issues, collaborating with VIP support to deliver timely, end-to-end resolutions. The role requires hands-on problem solving across IT and business processes, experience with SQL-based reporting, and working with MS 365 and ITSM platforms.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role, ideally in a distribution, logistics, or warehouse environment.
• VIP ERP experience is a strong plus and helpful but not required.
• Experience supporting warehouse-floor technology (RF scanners, mobile printers) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the VIP ERP ticket queue from intake to resolution across finance, warehouse, route accounting, and sales.
• Investigate order-processing, invoicing, pricing, inventory, and reporting issues; trace root causes across data, configuration, and processes.
• Coordinate VIP releases, upgrades, and testing to ensure no business disruption.
