Job summary

Vika Talent Solutions is seeking a seasoned ERP & IT systems professional to serve as the primary contact for ERP users across the US and Europe. You will resolve access, reporting, and training issues, coordinate with vendors, and oversee daily maintenance, updates, and security configurations.

You will identify opportunities to optimize ERP-driven operations, ensure data accuracy and governance, and lead data imports and reporting using Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with IFS ERP is a plus.
• 5–15 years of hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise IT systems supporting Finance, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Supply Chain.
• Strong understanding of ERP-enabled business processes.
• Experience with database administration, data analysis, scripting, or system integration.
• Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Experience in the high-tech or semiconductor industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP system users in the US and Europe, resolving issues related to system access, reporting, and user training.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors to manage technical issue resolution and system updates.
• Manage daily user support, ERP system maintenance, updates, user access, and security configurations.
• Identify opportunities to improve business operations through enhanced ERP utilization and system integration.
• Promote best practices for data accuracy, security, and governance.
• Manage data imports and reporting, including the use of tools such as Power BI.
• Gather business requirements from users and translate them into system configurations and solution plans.
• Diagnose and resolve system issues to ensure operational continuity and performance.
