Goliath Games, LLC is seeking an IT Support & Business Systems Analyst to deliver end-user support and administer business applications for our North American operations. This role covers Windows/Mac devices, MS 365, and Dynamics 365 Business Central, with occasional remote North American office support and collaboration with global IT teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in IT support, strong problem-solving, and solid Excel skills, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT support or systems support experience.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (SaaS).
• Understanding ERP-driven business processes (sales, purchasing, inventory, warehouse, shipping, invoicing, EDI).
• Strong troubleshooting for Windows and macOS; solid networking knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate-advanced).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to handle multiple requests with customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary IT support for employees across North American offices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, printing, and application issues.
• Configure and maintain Windows and Mac devices; install and update software.
• Manage user accounts and devices; maintain hardware/software inventories.
• Administer Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID; support security and identity management.
• Provide first-line support for Dynamics 365 Business Central; assist with testing and documentation.
• Collaborate with global IT teams on projects and deployments; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Assist with IT projects, data analysis, and reporting using Excel and Jet Reports.
