Big Geyser Inc. in Edgewood, NY is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to own ERP VIP process analysis and resolution, including end-to-end ticketing, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration with finance, operations, and sales.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving across VIP ERP, EDI, and related platforms, with focus on optimizing business processes and reporting. Experience in distribution/logistics environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience. 5–10 years in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role, ideally in a distribution, logistics, or warehouse environment.
• VIP ERP experience is strongly preferred and nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Own the VIP ERP queue: intake, triage, and resolution from report through to a closed fix.
• Diagnose across order-processing, invoicing, inventory, and reporting issues, identifying root causes in data, configuration, or business processes.
• Manage the VIP relationship: liaise with VIP support, open tickets, provide details, and ensure progress to resolution.
• Redesign or tighten processes behind recurring issues, not just clear individual tickets.
• Coordinate VIP upgrades and monthly mods, test against workflows, and confirm no breaks.
• Resolve EDI transaction failures and onboarding with VIP and partners; coordinate with internal teams.
• Support platforms feeding VIP (Retailer/Ecommerce, iDIG, etc.) and troubleshoot data handoffs with ERP.
• Assist Finance/Operations/Warehouse/Sales to translate business needs into workable solutions.
• Support SQL-based reporting and dashboards; validate reports and build actionable views.
• Provide advanced IT support across devices, mobile printers, and MS 365; manage device provisioning and security.
• Maintain IT service-desk structure, workflows, SLAs, and IT projects; coordinate with MSP and vendors.
