Job summary

Harbinger in California is seeking a Technical Business Systems Analyst to optimize enterprise systems such as NetSuite, Coupa, and Hubspot. You will analyze processes, configure ERP modules, and drive improvements across procurement, order to cash, and manufacturing workflows.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, build SuiteFlows and SuiteScripts, test end‑to‑end processes, and support data integrity across WMS, CRM, PLM, and MES integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years hands-on ERP experience, with NetSuite preferred.
• Strong NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and RestAPI knowledge.
• Experience configuring WMS, P2P, O2C, Finance, MRP, and manufacturing modules.
• Familiarity with Celigo, Boomi, or other middleware tools.
• Proficient in data analysis using Excel/SQL/BI tools.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, configurations, master data, and workflows in ERP systems.
• Configure and support ERP software; test end-to-end processes and troubleshoot issues.
• Lead integration efforts across WMS, CRM, PLM, MES and finance modules.
• Support planning processes including MRP, production and demand planning.
• Develop custom reports and saved searches; ensure data integrity.
• Provide user training and ongoing support for NetSuite ERP users.
• Collaborate across departments to implement process improvements.
