Job summary

CTC Global Irvine, CA seeks an ERP Analyst to lead NetSuite requirements, design, deployment, and governance for finance, operations, and supply chain. You will architect NetSuite solutions, set configuration standards, and drive sessions with stakeholders up to senior management.

This role requires strong business/ERP capabilities and hands-on NetSuite implementation experience. You will own design specs, QA, training, and change-management materials, while collaborating with the implementation

Qualifications

• 5 years NetSuite experience in manufacturing modules (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Design-to-Build).
• 3–4 full NetSuite life cycle implementations completed.
• 3–4 years of Supply Chain/Manufacturing/Distribution experience.
• Experience post go-live: updates, testing, upgrades, support.
• Experience with 3rd party integrations.
• Strong accounting/finance/operations skills.
• Experience developing saved searches, reports, KPIs, dashboards.

SUMMARY

The ERP Analyst will be responsible for leading the requirements, design, deployment, and ongoing governance of CTC Global's NetSuite environment. The ERP Analyst independently evaluates business needs across finance, operations, and supply chain functions and exercises discretion and independent judgment to architect NetSuite solutions that support CTC Global's current and future-state operations. This role sets direction on system design and configuration standards, leads business process requirements sessions with stakeholders up to and including senior management, and serves as the final point of judgment on how NetSuite is configured, customized, and supported.

Additionally, you will have to:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, evaluate, and understand customer requirements and determine how business requirements should be translated into NetSuite architecture, configuration, and customization, without prescribed procedures dictating the outcome.
• Evaluating and selecting among multiple valid implementation approaches, third-party integrations, and data-migration strategies, and committing CTC Global to a recommended course of action.
• Setting the design standards and quality criteria used to accept or reject configurations, testing results, and go-live readiness.
• Advising and influencing management decisions on system strategy, process redesign, and resource sequencing across implementation phases.
• Lead requirements-gathering and business process sessions with stakeholders, independently identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing NetSuite configuration and customization needs.
• Architect end-to-end NetSuite solutions, exercising independent judgment to select the design, configuration, and customization approach that best fits CTC Global's current and future-state operations.
• Own functional and design specifications, quality assurance planning, user acceptance testing strategy, and implementation go/no-go decisions.
• Direct and collaborate with the implementation team on changes to existing systems and the integration of new systems into CTC Global's infrastructure, making final recommendations on approach.
• Design and deliver end-user training and change-management materials for ERP applications.
• Set the standards for, and develop, informational reports, dashboards, and KPIs used by management for decision-making.
• Provide advanced, escalation-tier application support and consultation to end users, applying independent judgment to diagnose and resolve complex system issues rather than following a fixed script.

EXPERIENCE

• 5 years of overall hands-on experience with NetSuite (specifically manufacturing modules Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Design-to-Build) with configuration, training, and user support.
• 3-4 full NetSuite life cycle implementations completed.
• 3-4 years of solid functional implementation experience Strong Supply Chain/Manufacturing/Distribution experience (i.e. supporting this function at an organization)
• Experience supporting NetSuite in a post go-live environment after implementation is complete, including feature additions, testing, upgrades, etc.
• Integration experience of NetSuite with 3rd party applications.
• Strong business skills and experience in accounting, finance, or operations.
• Experience developing saved searches, customized reports, financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Experience with data cleanup, conversions, import, and validation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or above in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or equivalent.
• NetSuite certifications.
