Greenlight is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to advance our Business Systems program across finance, billing, procurement, and GL. You will work with NetSuite, FloQast, Workiva, HubSpot, Maxio, and related tools to troubleshoot, configure automations, and support ITGC initiatives.

This role collaborates with a global IT team and Security to strengthen system security and efficiency. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in NetSuite admin or business systems analysis, familiarity with

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as NetSuite administrator or business systems analyst.
• NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred.
• Familiarity with SuiteBuilder; SuiteScript and SuiteTalk.
• Exposure to SuiteCloud Development Framework and version control (GitHub).
• Experience with NetSuite modules like Fixed Assets and OneWorld is a plus.
• Experience integrating NetSuite with other financial systems or keen to learn.
• Experience with other financial systems like FloQast, Workiva, HubSpot, Maxio is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support and maintain the Business Systems function at Greenlight.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in NetSuite, Maxio, HubSpot, etc.
• Configure automations and IPaaS to improve billing and GL workflows.
• Assist Month End and Quarter End processes and drive efficiency.
• Support integrations and automations across Business Systems.
• Administer system configurations, roles, and change management.
