Job summary

Algro International LLC is seeking a hands-on Business Systems Analyst to optimize our NetSuite ERP and EDI platform. You will partner with Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to translate business needs into NetSuite solutions and reliable integrations across multiple systems.

You will manage workflows, reports, and dashboards, coordinate SuiteScript/SuiteTalk work with external partners, and ensure successful releases, testing, and user adoption in a hybrid Irvine, CA environment.

Qualifications

BS or MS degree in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant field with 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise apps.
Strong hands-on proficiency with Oracle NetSuite ERP including reports and analytics.
Experience with EDI platforms and trading-partner integrations; SPS Commerce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the business applications resource for NetSuite ERP across order management, purchasing, inventory, and logistics.
Maintain and enhance NetSuite workflows, reports, dashboards, and configurations.
Coordinate NetSuite development or integrations (SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, APIs) with external specialists.
Oversee the company's EDI platform and integrations with customers, suppliers, and 3PLs.
Monitor EDI transactions and troubleshoot failures to improve reliability.
Support third-party applications connected to NetSuite (WMS/3PL, TMS, banking).
Identify opportunities to automate workflows and reduce manual data entry.
Provide training and documentation for business users and ensure change management.
