Job summary

Harbinger, a California-based EV company, seeks a Manager of Financial Systems & ERP to own and optimize its ERP and financial systems, including NetSuite and Coupa. You will lead integrations, automate workflows, and partner with Finance and IT to scale financial infrastructure as the company grows.

The role is hands-on, focusing on configuring systems, solving integration challenges, and improving Finance processes through technology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering ERP and financial systems.
• Strong hands-on NetSuite administration and configuration.
• Hands-on Coupa experience supporting procurement and P2P workflows.
• Solid understanding of Accounting and Finance processes.
• Experience integrating ERP with other financial systems.
• Experience leading system implementations, enhancements, and automation projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the administration, configuration, and optimization of Harbinger's ERP and financial systems.
• Design and improve workflows across Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, and procure-to-pay.
• Build and maintain integrations across the Finance technology stack.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.
• Lead system enhancements from requirements gathering through testing and deployment.
• Maintain data integrity, access controls, documentation, and system-driven reporting.
• Support financial systems controls and SOX.
• Manage system vendors and provide user training and support.
