Job summary

Element Biosciences seeks a hands-on Business Systems Analyst (NetSuite) to administer and optimize NetSuite across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, and manufacturing workflows. You will partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, and IT to translate business needs into robust configurations, reports, and integrations, while coordinating with offshore developers and third‑party consultants.

On-site role in San Diego.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
3+ years of business systems experience with NetSuite administration and troubleshooting.
Experience building and debugging NetSuite workflows, scripts, and saved searches.
Experience supporting NetSuite integrations with Salesforce, Boomi, MES.
Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and tests.

Responsibilities

Administer and configure NetSuite including roles, permissions, and saved searches.
Own NetSuite functionality across order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay, inventory, and manufacturing.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Support NetSuite integrations with Salesforce, MES, Snowflake with the team.
Deliver enhancements via sprint and CAB processes with proper documentation.
