Job summary

Storyteller Overland, LLC is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support core platforms such as NetSuite, Airtable, HubSpot, Zoom, and Shopify, while gaining exposure to data automation with Claude, n8n, Power BI, and SQL. This role suits someone early in their systems/IT career, with growth into advanced data and automation responsibilities.

You will work with our Business Systems Manager to ensure data integrity, license management, and user support across platforms, in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• ERP & CRM systems experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; 1–3 years in IT or related field advised.
• Experience with NetSuite, HubSpot, Airtable, or similar SaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn and help administer NetSuite, Airtable, HubSpot, Zoom and Shopify.
• Set up hardware and onboarding/offboarding.Coordinate with IT and People & Culture.
• Assist with Claude, n8n, Power BI and SQL; monitor workflows and reports.
• Grow into building/maintaining automations and dashboards as skills develop.
